Couldn't ask for a better gym experience. Staff are professional and competent. If you show up for the same classes periodically you will quickly be integrated into the community which is both motivating and supportive. Highly recommend if you're looking for a positive, inspiring, and growth oriented atmosphere.

I have been attending the UFC Gym in Lancaster for about 5 months. The quality of the facility, the caliber of the staff and the variety of classes make this place an incredible steal. I just moved from CA where a gym like this would cost three times as much. I will spend from 2-4 hrs a day at this gym. I am inspired by the coaches and the other members. I train with a variety of people from different backgrounds, ages and abilities. Everyone is extremely positive. Every class feels like I am working with a team. They also have smoothies. I have been a member of other gyms before, but never has a place felt like this before. This is close to family or even church for me. UFC is a tremendous source of health, fitness and community for me.

Excellent, well staffed and clean gym and equipment! A large variety of amazing classes. Staff is the best! They not only provide the tools and equipment but create a welcoming, knowledgeable and respectful environment for everyone!

This place is spotlessly clean, the teachers are super knowledgeable, and the vibe is warm and familial. Right from Day 1 both the staff and the "regulars" made me feel at home by welcoming me, chatting with me, and making me feel very included. I love the variety of classes, all included with membership. I especially love that there gym goers of all ages and skill levels! No one is ever made to feel less-than, it's simply a vibe of positivity, encouragement, and community. I'm getting stronger *and* making friends and that's really the best thing that could happen at a gym.

If you’re looking for the right motivation and classes to reach your fitness goals, UFC gym is the place to go! Not only do they provide many different classes for adult members, they also have kid’s classes that ranging from regular HIIT to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Perfect for families wanting to live and active lifestyle together or kids needing an outlet for their energy after school! The staff at UFC has been wonderful and friendly! They always make you feel welcome and applaud you for the hard-work you’re putting in! Don't forget the smoothie bar, where you can choose from many different options! & the Saunas in the locker rooms to top it all off! See ya there!

I highly recommend getting a membership here. The staff are so welcoming, the coaches are unbelievably supportive regardless of your fitness/ skill level. They push you individually, and never make you feel out of place. The entire gym and locker rooms are SPOTLESS. I’ve been going here for the past week, and I feel so much better mentally and physically knowing that I have such a great environment to push myself in. Coach Charles has taken the time to teach me the techniques in both kickboxing and boxing. Experienced guy with an awesome attitude.

This gym is excellent! Regardless of your level of fitness, every trainer is very friendly and shows interest in you. I adore how they provide me with advice on how to maximize each workout. I've been attending for a little while now, and I've already seen a significant improvement in my physique and energy. I have been blown away by my experience at this new facility, and I am definitely satisfied so far! Steve, the manager, is 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!

Great coaches and friendly members make this gym a fun and pleasant experience. I was bored with the same old weight training routine and needed a change and new challenge. The martial arts at UfcGym in Lancaster was exactly what I was looking for to elevate my fitness to the next level while learning something new and meeting some great people.

A family environment, to say the least!! The whole family enjoys this gym in so many different ways (self defense, conditioning, strength training, martial arts) they literally offer it all, and it’s all included in the price! The coaches are top notch and care about each individual’s goals and health concerns. They have also set the standard for cleanliness! In short this gym has been the cornerstone of my family’s physical and mental health, especially in such a turbulent year. Thank you UFC for all you do for me and my family!

Joined with my son in late '25 and have really enjoyed the collective experience. My son is loving the classes and I've noticed his confidence & athleticism increase. The pricing includes unlimited classes so even though it's an investment worth considering, we feel like we come out ahead versus paying of individual classes. I've enjoyed the general calm vibe of the gym, and extremely well maintained equipment and locker rooms. Management is very friendly and helpful as MMA is new for us. Great place to train or start with MMA disciplines.
